American research shows that yoga is a great tool used to fight stress. Scientists compared yoga exercises with the usual routine walking. It was determined that people, who practice yoga exercises are in good spirits and they are not that anxious. This research was examining 19 people, that went for this program connected with yoga exercises and other 15 people, who went into the program connected with daily walking.
